v1 standards-compliance pass (in place, latest version)

No change to the design, copy or program content. Light mode looks the same; this pass only brings the page to the AGENTS.md standards (URLs and history, WCAG 2.2 AA, responsive).

URLs, history and deep links

• Every view has a hash route (sections, modality list with search/filter/page, modality detail and tabs, application, thank-you, schedule dialog, FAQ answers). See FLOW.md.
• Rendered from the URL on cold load and on hashchange; navigation pushes, refinements and redirects replace; Back/Forward/Reload restore scroll.
• In-page navigation is now real <a href="#/..."> links instead of role="link" anchors with no href. Modality cards, pagination, detail tabs and the back link are links too.
• Friendly "page not found" view for unknown routes, modalities and FAQ slugs.
• Per navigation: document.title, focus to the view heading, aria-current="page" in the nav.
• Focus now goes to the section heading on "Become a partner" instead of the first form field.

Accessibility

• Contrast: eyebrows, links and small text moved to an AA-passing sage tone; focus ring darkened to meet 3:1; "not offered" dash now readable.
• Exactly one h1; modality detail heading is an h2; heading order fixed; the dialog heading is an h2.
• Skip link; labelled landmarks; single main; labels, aria-expanded, aria-controls on FAQ.
• FAQ answers are hidden from assistive tech while closed.
• Form: inline, field-tied errors (aria-invalid, aria-describedby) plus an announced summary, replacing native pop-ups.
• Dialog: focus in, Esc and Back close it, focus returns to the thank-you heading.
• Esc closes the benefits dropdown and the menu and returns focus; menu closes when focus leaves it.
• External links announce "opens in a new tab"; decorative icons hidden from assistive tech; live region for catalog result counts.
• Dark mode added (follows prefers-color-scheme); reduced motion still holds the orb still.

Responsive and touch

• All interactive targets at least 44 x 44 px (nav, buttons, toggles, pagination, tabs, filters, close button, footer links).
• Font sizes converted from px to rem so browser text size scales; fixed nav height became a minimum; step and benefit grids reflow at large text; no horizontal scroll from 320 px; long words wrap.
